Shipping Policy
- Fine Art Prints: Please allow 8-10 business days for the production of your fine art print. Framed art requires additional time for shipping and handling, typically shipping 2-3 weeks after your order date.
- Original Art: Shipping for original art may vary depending on the weight and size of the piece.
- All Other Products: Please allow 1-5 business days for processing.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Services are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at friends@omniart.shop.
- Document the Issue: Provide a clear photo showing the issue with the product and your order ID. If multiple items are affected, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was sent, or if the item is damaged or defective.
- Returns are not accepted for issues such as choosing the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. However, if you received the incorrect artwork size, it will be treated as an error and replaced.
Refund/Replacement Process:
- If your return request is approved, the replacement will be sent within 10 days or a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please note that it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after approval.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at friends@omniart.shop. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Please note that refunds for damaged or defective items are not guaranteed, but we will assist in resolving the issue.

- Return and Refund Eligibility: Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Costs of Return/Replacement Shipping: The cost of return and/or replacement shipping will be covered by us or the artist.
